Phyllis U. (Crays) Price

Phyllis U. (Crays) Price, 89 of Howard and a longtime Mill Hall resident passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 at UPMC Williamsport Hospital where she was a patient since Thursday.

Born January 19, 1933 in Renovo she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Killinger) Crays.

She was married to Robert F. Price who preceded her in death March 11, 1998. They were married for 44 years.

Phyllis was a graduate of Renovo High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and playing pinochle.

She worked for Brodart in Williamsport and retired from Corning in State College.

Surviving are four daughters, Bonnie Andrus of Centre Hall, Patricia Weaver of Howard, Debra (Don) Simcox of Linden, Linda (James) Sechler of Northumberland.

14 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandson Eugene Andrus a granddaughter Amber Rupert one brother James Crays and two sisters Isabelle Kepler and Janice Hyzer.

The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 3, 2022 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.

Friends and relatives will be received Wednesday at the funeral chapel from 6:00 -8:00 p.m.

Burial will be private at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.
