Thomas R. Troy, Sr., 84, a former resident of Jersey Shore passed away Wed., Sept. 11, 2024 at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living.
He served in the U.S. Army National Guard.
The funeral will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wed., Sept., 18, 2024 at the Helt Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be at Riverview Memorial Gardens Halifax.
