Thomas A. Nunamacher

FLEMINGTON - Thomas A. Nunamacher, 70, died on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at his home with his family by his side.

He was born on August 15, 1955 in Somerville, NJ and was the son of the late Harold E. and Jean L. (Avon) Nunamacher.

Thomas was a graduate of Somerville High School, NJ, Class of 1973.  

Thomas served his country proudly in the United States Navy.  After being honorably discharged, he then went on to attend and earn his bachelors of art degree from Penn State University. Thomas worked for the Pennsylvania Fish & Game Commission where he served as an officer for over 23 years and retired in 2018. He loved his job and found all aspects of it fulfilling.

He enjoyed carpentry and making things with his hands, playing the guitar, art and making stained glass pictures.

Thomas is survived by one son; Thomas A. “Tommy” Nunamacher of Lock Haven, two brothers; Harold and Jeff Nunamacher, one sister; Karen Mencaroni and two nieces; Erica and Nikki.

In addition to his parents, Thomas we preceded in death by one sister; Barbara Nunamacher.

All services for Thomas are being handled privately at the convenience of the family.
