Thomas J. Morgan

RENOVO - Thomas J. Morgan, 42, passed away on December 11, 2024 at U.P.M.C. Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born in Indiana, PA on April 29, 1982 and was the son of Shirley and Scott Long, who survive, of Altoona.

On October 8, 2016, Thomas married the former Magdelene D. “Maggie” Goodling, who survives of South Renovo, and together they celebrated 8 years of marriage this year.

Thomas enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors and riding motorcycles. He also had a huge love for reptiles and enjoyed breeding and owning them. Thomas loved his family and friends and the time he got to spend with them.

In addition to his wife and parents, Thomas is survived by one daughter; Natalia Morgan-Long (Zach Hartman) four other children, two brothers; Barry “BJ” Morgan and Christopher Morgan both of Altoona, one sister; Dana Long of Altoona and grandparents; Blair and Joanne Long of Indiana.

In addition to his grandparents, Thomas was preceded in death by one daughter; Gracie who died in 2003.

A Celebration Of Life service will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth Street, Renovo.
