Teresa Diane Ilgen

Teresa Diane Ilgen, 64, of Tylersville, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, where she was a patient for one week.

Born May 15, 1961, in Lock Haven, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Mildred (Watkins) Probst.

Teresa was married on June 5, 2004, to Mark A. Ilgen. They celebrated 21 years of marriage together.

She worked as a cashier at Ingram’s Market in Lamar.

Teresa attended St. John’s United Church of Christ in Tylersville. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, coloring and watching crime shows on TV.

She was a 1979 graduate of Lock Haven High School and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Teresa enjoyed traveling, visiting with family and friends and attending her grandson's football games.

Surviving are her husband; two sons, Sean Wensel and Brian Wensel, both of Lock Haven; two daughters, Hallie M. (Gregg, II) Lose, of Blanchard, and Virginia A. "Jenny" (Michael) Anderson, of Elizabethtown; a grandson, Nicholas Perry Lose; and a sister, Leslie (Randall) Mayer, of Hegins.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Deb Watkins.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, at the Helt Funeral Chapel in Mill Hall.

Friends and relatives will be received from 12:30-2 p.m.
