Russell J. Walauskas

RENOVO- Russell J. Walauskas, 62, of Renovo passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019 at ManorCare Health Services in Jersey Shore.

Born July 28, 1956 in Woodbury, CT, he was the son of the late Raymond and Rosemary (Eastwood) Walauskas. Russell loved God and attended the St. Teresa of Avila Church in Woodbury.

Throughout his life he was a nature enthusiast and enjoyed photography. Russell had a knack for creativity that helped him become a talented craftsman. In turn, he was able to pass on his love for skilled handiwork and mechanical skills to both of his children.

Russell is survived by one daughter, Faith A. Walauskas of Virginia Beach, VA; one son, Luke S. Walauskas of Lancaster; two brothers, Raymond Walauskas Jr. (Catherine) of Woodbury, CT, and Randall Thorne of Alaska; and one sister, Rosalyn Teleposky of Middlebury, CT.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 5th St., in Renovo is assisting the family with arrangements.
