Ronald E. Ohlsson, Jr.

Ronald E. Ohlsson, Jr., of Jersey Shore, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023 in a motor vehicle accident on Route 654 in Limestone Twp.

Born November 3, 1961 in Williamsport he was a son of the late Ronald E. Ohlsson, Sr. and Martha P. (McNeal) Ohlsson.

He was married to the former Kimberly A. Snyder on June 29, 1991. They were married 31 years.

Ron worked for PennDOT as a diesel mechanic and retired in 2022. He was a 1980 graduate of Jersey Shore High School. He enjoyed hunting, NASCAR races and was a former owner of Skate Haven in Lock Haven from 2009 - 2017.

Ron served in the U. S. Air Force as a mechanic.

Surviving are his wife; one son, Ronnie E. (Heidi) Ohlsson of Port Allegheny, PA and a daughter, Danielle N. Ohlsson of Jersey Shore and one granddaughter, Olivia. He is survived by a sister Leslie Ohlsson of Euless, TX.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.
