Robert E. Rager

Robert E. “Chip” Rager, 78, of Mill Hall passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Rose View Center in Williamsport where he was a patient for a year.

Born June 18, 1947 in Lock Haven he was a son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Gentzyel) Rager.

Chip was self-employed as a carpenter. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

He was a 1965 graduate of Lock Haven High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and taking rides with his family and friends.

Surviving are two, sons; Heath E. Rager of Lock Haven and Robert Brett Rager of York and a daughter; Ashley J. Straface of Florida

Four grandchildren, Austin, Logan, Matthew and Molly.

At the request of the deceased there will be no services.
