Patsy Belle Gouldner

Patsy Belle (Dowling) Gouldner, 83, of Lock Haven passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at UPMC Williamsport Hospital.

Born April 28, 1941 in Williamsport she was a daughter of the late Raymond L. and Edna K. (Dapp) Dowling.

She was married to William Gouldner who survives.

Her first husband Charles T. “Mike” Shilling died in 1998.

Patsy worked for Woolrich as a seamstress. 

Surviving are her husband, two sons; Michael Shilling of Lock Haven and Matt Shilling of New Orleans, LA and three daughters; Sherry Zimmerman of Lock Haven, Wendy Gavlock of Bellefonte and Jennifer Shilling of Philadelphia.

Six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and one expected in December.

A brother Raymond Dowling also survives.

She was preceded in death by four sisters; Emmeline Frye, Dody Briening, Sissy Karstetter and Mary Sherman.

A viewing for family and friends will be held from Noon - 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.

Private burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Lock Haven.
