Patricia L. (Stewart) Campbell, 68, of Renovo passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born June 29, 1957 in Cartersville, GA she was a daughter of the late John and Barbara (Goodrich) Stewart.
Patricia was married on July 16, 2005 to Frank P. Campbell. They celebrated 20 years of marriage together.
She worked as a CNA for Bucktail Medical Center and also private home care.
Patricia also worked at Sheetz in Mill Hall and Auto Line in Lock Haven.
She was a member of the Seventh Street United Methodist Church and a 1975 graduate of Bucktail High School.
Patricia enjoyed taking care of her flower beds and attending her grandchildren’s sporting events. She collected and enjoyed anything to do with The Wizard of Oz.
Surviving are her husband; two sons; Brian J. “Bees” (Lori) O’Brien of Farwell and Robert L. O’Brien of Renovo and three daughters; Barbara M. (Matt) O’Brien and Rebeckah J. (John) Green both of North Bend and Erin N. Bruno of Renovo.
15 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Three brothers; John (Joyce) Stewart of Hyner, Robert (Michelle) Stewart of W. Renovo and Ricky Stewart of Canada and seven sisters; Juli (John) Delaney of Brookville, Katherine (Len) Hinton of Montoursville, Mary (Terry) Delaney of Renovo, Vicky Stewart and Dana Stewart both of Canada, Joni (Anthony) Christmas of Smoketown and Christina Howard of Lancaster. Also, a sister-in-law Chris Stewart of North Bend.
She was preceded in death by two brothers; Floyd “Skip” Stewart and Gary (Deb) Stewart.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the 7th Street United Methodist Church, 127 7th St., Renovo with Martha Sykes officiating.
Friends and relatives will be received at the church one-hour prior to the service.
Interment will be private at North Bend Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to Bucktail Medical Center, 1001 Pine St., S. Renovo, PA 17764.
