Mary L. (Osborne) Packer

Mary L. (Osborne) Packer, 91, of Flemington passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Haven Place, Lock Haven where she resided for the past three years.

Mary was married on March 10, 1949 to Walter H. Packer who died October 21, 2017. They were married 68 years.

Born August 28, 1929 in Lock Haven she was a daughter of the late William and Thelma (Zeigler) Osborne.

She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mill Hall.

Mary enjoyed reading, going to yard sales and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surviving are a son; Michael E. Packer of Lock Haven and a daughter, Betty I. Packer of Flemington; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Osborne.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2020 at the Helt Funeral Chapel with Certified Celebrant Brigitte C. Morgan officiating.

Friends and relatives will be received from 1:30 – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral chapel.

Interment will be private at Dunnstown Cemetery.
