Mary K. Hunter, 79, of Lock Haven, passed away at home on Jan. 10, 2026.

Born Aug. 27, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Paul E. and Martha (Page) Hunter.

Mary worked at First Quality. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Loyal Order of the Moose, both of Lock Haven.

Surviving are a brother, Frederick Hunter, of Junction City, Kan.; two sisters, Judith K. Walter and Deborah M. Neff, both of Lock Haven; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles G. Hunter and Paul Hunter, Jr.; and two sisters, Beverly A. Bradley and Peggy Heimer.

The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall, with Senior Pastor Tim Boger of Big Woods Bible Church officiating.

Friends and relatives will be received from 9:30­-10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral chapel.

Burial will be private at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven, Pa.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Clinton County SPCA, or the American Cancer Society.
