Kenneth L. Dickey, Sr., 86, of Mill Hall passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022 at UPMC Lock Haven.

Born May 27, 1936 in Beech Creek he was a son of the late Glenn A. and Pearl (Wadsworth) Dickey.

He was married on May 30, 1958 to the former Nancy J. Hevner. They celebrated 64 years of marriage together.

Kenneth worked for Champion Auto Parts for 47 years.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and watching Western movies.

Kenneth served in the Army from 1958 – 1962.

Surviving are his loving wife, one son Kenneth L. Dickey, Jr. of Mill Hall.

He is survived by a brother Larry G. Dickey, Sr., of Mill Hall and two sisters Dorothy Geyer of Mill Hall and Betty (Jack) Beck of State College.

He was preceded in death by a brother Donald Dickey, Sr. and a sister Ruth E. McCloskey.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with the Rev. Mark E. Riley officiating.

Friends and relatives will be received one-hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater PA Chapter, 2595 Interstate Drive, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA  17110.

Burial will follow at Hayes-Fearon-Bossert Cemetery, Beech Creek.
