Kaleb M. Hoffman

Kaleb M. Hoffman, 26, of Lock Haven, lost his earthly life Sunday, August 29, 2021 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Columbia County, Pa.  Born April 10, 1995, in Lock Haven to Dustin M. Hoffman, Sr. of Mt. Zion, MO and Hannah Derr Hoffman of Lock Haven. He will be laid to rest September 10, 2021. Kaleb, a kind heart, lover of nature, son, brother, grandson and friend will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Kaleb was a 2013 graduate of PA Cyber School, and currently worked for SAS Retail Services.  His work ethic was well noted by all former employers.  He applied this same work ethic to his love of video games, and was an avid gamer.

Kaleb is survived by his parents: Dustin M. (wife Stella) Hoffman, Hannah Derr Hoffman; brother Dustin M. Hoffman, Jr. of San Diego, CA; grandparents Kenneth M.  (wife Debra) Hoffman of Westcliffe, Co; Sherri (husband Vincent) Lotito of New Egypt, NJ; Margaret (husband Marvin) Mason of Mill Hall, Pa; Edward (wife Sandra) Derr of Avis, Pa; aunts and uncles: Wendy (husband Craig) Cook; Mara Derr and Elizabeth Derr.  He also leaves behind a host of great aunts, uncles and cousins.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, September 10, 2021 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with Pastor Dan Patrick officiating, with services following at 11:00 AM.  Burial will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Helt Funeral Chapel. Following the burial, there will be a repast at Dunkled Acres in Jersey Shore.  Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish.
