BEECH CREEK - Julie A. (Munro) Heineman, 65, died Friday, June 7, 2024 at her home.
She was born in Lock Haven on June 1, 1959 and was the daughter of the late Richard and Helen (Bowman) Munro.
On August 23, 1985, Julie married the late Thomas R. Heineman and they celebrated 34 years of marriage together until his death on August 23, 2019.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. Julie enjoyed playing bingo, quilting and crocheting.
Julie is survived by two daughters and son-in-laws; Barbara and Mark Watson of Moshannon and Candy and Jeromy Wolf of Lock Haven, three grandchildren; Katelynn, Thomas and Landon and two brothers; Richard Munro of Avis and James Munro of Lamar.
In addition to her parents and husband, Julie was preceded in death by four daughters; two infants and Anita and Angela Heineman, one grandson; Brent Page and two sisters; Debra Orndorf and Robin Ardner.
In keeping with Julie’s wishes there will not be any public services. Burial will take place at a later time in Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven, at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.
