Jack L. Howlett

Jack L. Howlett, 65, of Cogan Station passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at UPMC Williamsport Hospital.

Born July 27, 1960 in Williamsport he was a son of the late Francis and Beverly (Erb) Howlett.

Jack was married on July 25, 1998 to the former Barbara L. Parsons. They celebrated 27 years of marriage together.

He enjoyed crafting and served in the Army National Guard.

Surviving are his loving wife, two sons; Jeffrey F. Howlett of Williamsport and Jaime L. (Angelia) Howlett of Cogan Station one daughter, Jessica J. Howlett of Williamsport.

16 grandchildren and one great grandson.

One brother Jeffrey Howlett of Cogan Station.

Jack was preceded in death by a son Jacob Howlett and a brother Francis Howlett, Jr.

A viewing for family and friends will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.
