Eugene M. Moore, Jr.

Eugene M. Moore, Jr., 57, of McElhattan died Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at UPMC Susquehanna in Williamsport.

Born October 21, 1965 in Lock Haven he was a son of Eugene M. Moore, Sr. and Shirley O. (Lucas) Moore.

Eugene worked for Williamsport Wire & Rope for 25 years retiring in 2021.

He was a member of the Flemington United Methodist Church, United Steel Workers Union and the Liberty Twp., Sportsmen’s Club.

He was a 1983 graduate of Lock Haven High School.

Surviving are his mother of McElhattan one brother William H. (Evelyn) Moore of McKeesport and two nephews.

Eugene was preceded in death by his father on Dec., 4, 2003.

Memorial contributions can be made the Flemington United Methodist Church, 225 High St., Flemington, PA  17745.

A memorial service is being planned and will be announced.
