Dianna L. Miller

Dianna L. (Bardo) Miller, 78, a former resident of Lock Haven passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Edenbrook S. in Williamsport.

Born January 2, 1948 in Lock Haven she was a daughter of the late Franklin R. Bardo, Sr. and Betty Jane (Bower) Bardo. Dianna was the first county winner of the first babies born in 1948 in Clinton County.

Dianna was married in 1970 to Kenneth “Pete” Miller who died in 2008. They celebrated 38 years of marriage together.

She worked for Lock Haven University in food services. Earlier she worked at Brown’s Boot Shop and Brickley’s Ice Cream.

Dianna enjoyed bingo, visiting friends, puzzles and staying at home. She was a 1965 graduate of Lock Haven High School.

Surviving are a daughter Kelly Slaterbeck of Lock Haven a granddaughter, Logan Slaterbeck and a great grandson Braxon Levi Confer.

She is survived by five brothers; Robert Bardo, Sr., David L. Bardo, Thomas Bardo, John Bardo all of Lock Haven and Franklin Bardo Jr., of Blanchard.

She was preceded in death by a son Michael and a brother William.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with Pastor Bill Hargenrader officiating.

Friends and relatives will be received one hour prior to the service.
