Clifford E. Good, 101, a former resident of Lock Haven, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024 in Collinsville, IL.

 Born August 30, 1922, in Jonestown, PA, he was a son of the late James B. and Anna M. Good.

Clifford was married in 1958 to the former Charlotte Betty (Hosler) Ulmer Good.  She preceded him in death on June 30, 2021.  They celebrated 63 years of marriage together.

He first enlisted in the Army/Air Corps in 1942 and served in the Air Force, during both World War II and the Korean War, as a B17 Bomber gunner and photographer, aircraft and autopilot technician, and aircraft electrician, finally retiring after 20 years of service.

 He was a 50-year member of the Dunnstown United Methodist Church.

 After his military service, Clifford worked at various companies as an aircraft instrument technician and repairman and in his later years as a security system electrician/installer.

Surviving are a daughter, Sonja M. Fox, of Collinsville, IL, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

 He was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Ulmer, a granddaughter, and 6 brothers and sisters.

The viewing will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 1:00 pm, immediately followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm at Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with Pastor Rich Wallace officiating. 

Interment will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St Louis, MO.
