Charles L. Klobe, Jr., 94, of Beech Creek and Mill Hall passed away at home on Saturday, March 21, 2026.

Born July 22, 1931 in Loganton he was a son of the late Charles L. Klobe, Sr. and Margaret (Yarrison) Klobe.

He was married in 1952 to the former Ethel M. Karchner who died November 25, 2021. They celebrated 69 years of marriage together.

Charles worked for the Carpenters Union and the Metal Lathing Union.

He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.

Charles enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Beech Creek American Legion.

Surviving are two sons; Robert L. (Brenda) Klobe of Mill Hall and Charles R. (Nicole) Klobe of Lock Haven one daughter; Carol M. Nihart of Florida.

Seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Also surviving are a brother Harold Klobe of Los Angelo's, CA

He was preceded in death by four brothers Fred, Willard, Glenn and Kenneth and three sisters, Dorothy Meixel, Thelma Bierly and Mildred Klobe.

A Celebration of Life Service is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
