Barbara A. Dunlap

Barbara A. (Watkins) Dunlap, 71, of Lock Haven passed away Friday, November 17, 2023 at UPMC Susquehanna in Williamsport.

Born March 4, 1952 in Lock Haven a daughter of the late Grace (Watkins) Barton.

Barb was a 1970 graduate of Lock Haven High School. She enjoyed fishing, dancing and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. They adored her and often called her a saint.

Barb also enjoyed watching black and white movies.

Surviving are two sons; Brian J. Watkins of Jersey Shore and Drew D. Dunlap of Lock Haven and a daughter Patricia G. Beck of Lock Haven.

11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and a brother Harry Watkins of Waxhaw, NC and two sisters; Helen Moll of Key West, FL and Sally Aumiller of Danville, KY.

Barb was preceded in death by two brothers; Clair and Joey.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov., 24, 2023 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall.

Interment will be private.
